DAY 1
Calvi
Go to the mountains to appreciate the typical Corsican villages of this part of the island: they are sure to seduce you with their authenticity and their beaches... like Ile Rousse, a seaside resort very much appreciated for its local products, its heritage, its fairs and its market is one of the must-see towns to discover.
Calvi is a beautiful little town nestled between the sea and the mountains, which was founded by the Genoese. It is now the most important tourist town in the Balagne region.
You can discover its charming port, its emblematic citadel as well as its friendly inhabitants who will share the secrets of their city with you.
DAY 2
Girolata
Hamlet of the commune of Osani, Girolata (in Corsican, Ghjirulatu) is situated in a gulf bounded to the south by Monte Seninu, the highest marine cape in Europe, and the emblematic Scandola nature reserve to the north.
This small village has the particularity of being accessible only on foot or by boat and counts no more than 15 inhabitants per year. Listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, Girolata is at the centre of a huge protected area.
The Gulf of Girolata belongs to the very closed club of the most beautiful bays in the world.
DAY 3
Ajaccio
Labelled a "city of art and history" in 2012, Ajaccio was originally a Genoese city with a colourful historic centre.
A former seaside resort with presitigious buildings, it is an imperial city with imposing monuments.

Ajaccio is rich in ancient heritage and there are many monuments, sites and museums to discover on your own or during guided tours.
DAY 4
Bonifacio
A jewel in the extreme south of Corsica, magnified by the turquoise water that surrounds it like a jewel box full of treasures, Bonifacio is the most southerly commune in France.
Protected by its high cliffs, the Citadel, built on an incomparable limestone cape, proudly overlooks the sea where the Bouches de Bonifacio separate Corsica from Italian Sardinia.
With a rich history dating back to the Neolithic period, Bonifacio has been the site of historical events that have left a deep mark on the town through its religious buildings, its medieval architecture, its military constructions, its port complex...
By going to Bonifacio, you will discover an extraordinary site by its situation, between sea and scrubland, a living and authentic museum where the local craft industry is honoured. You will be totally disorientated, just a few miles from the mainland, and will spend an unforgettable stay in an idyllic and natural setting!
DAY 5
Iles Lavezzi
A protected paradise since 1982, a haven of peace for walkers and a delight for yachtsmen, the Lavezzi Islands are made up of around a hundred islets. They are made up of small sheltered beaches with crystal clear blue water and small creeks where boats come to anchor.
The islands offer many paths to discover their multiple facets. For a 'pure nature' day, on land or under the sea, the Lavezzi are extraordinary, made of granite blocks, sometimes immense, set on an arid nature and endowed with exceptional sea beds.
The Lavezzi islands are one of the two Corsican marine reserves and when you discover them, you understand why! Indeed, these islands are bathed in a turquoise and emerald sea, whose colour varies according to the sky.
Once in the water, the transparency is really surprising, probably the clearest water in Corsica. The beaches are numerous and truly magnificent. Fine sand and sublime sea, the ideal place to spend a lazy day enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
